Dangers of Laser Engraving

While we take every precaution to handle your custom items with the utmost care, laser engraving is an inherently destructive process that involves removing material from an object. Occasionally, unexpected results may occur. For this reason, we strongly advise against engraving irreplaceable or precious items. All customer-provided items require a signed liability waiver, acknowledging that we are not responsible for any accidental damage caused during engraving. Refunds for laser services are considered on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot replace items damaged during the engraving process. Thank you for understanding!
