4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders cannot be refunded; however, we provide replacements for defective or damaged items.

• Digital Purchases: No refunds are available for digital product purchases.

Hat Foundry stands by our craftsmanship and quality. We proudly offer a lifetime guarantee on our leather patch hats. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and proper care. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
