Best service and easiest to use custom hat builder we tried. We were able to see a mock up of how the hats would look. Gave David a call and he was able to see our design and he sent a mockup of a patch and hat for us to see in person. Would use him for any hats we need. I think the guys in the shop are going to love the hats. Thank you so much.

Sorry in advance for the length of review but I think its important everyone know who they’re dealing with. We reached out to 6 other companies including Hat Foundry. Out of those 6, 4 of them gave us an auto response that didnt answer any questions or follow up with us at all about our needs. However Hat Foundry not only took time to answer ALL of our endless questions about this process, he took extra time to go into great detail his process, how everything works, turn around time, explained exactly what we were going to be getting. He wasn’t the cheapest place around but he was by far the best service we received out of all the companies we contacted. Within 3 hours of sending him our artwork he had it ready to laser and sent us a sample of what it would look like on a hat, not a digital mockup either, he actually attached it to a hat, sent us pictures and then went the extra mile and sent us the hat while we were deciding on colors it was a pleasant surprise to receive that.
After we placed our order the after sales support was just as great as the pre-sales. We had a change of heart about half way through the order and wanted to mix up hat styles and it wasn’t a problem at all. It didn’t even delay our order and we got great looking hats as a result of it.
Overall we’re super happy we chose Hat Foundry for our hats. Our employees love them, they look extra professional now and we’re making some to give to clients as well. I highly recommend Hat Foundry for all your hat needs!
